Twelve contestants have been divided into two teams: the SHOW ME GIRLS (my team) and the HOT MAMMAS. Contestants will weigh-in every other week.
After each of the first three weigh-ins, the two people from each team with the lowest percentage of weight loss will be up for elimination. The public will be allowed to vote for one contestant on each team to STAY on the show. Voting begins at 3pm on Wednesday of a weigh-in week and ends at 11am on that Friday. There is one vote per computer per day.
After the fourth weigh-in one person will be eliminated every other week until there are three contestants left. The winner is then determined by the total percentage of weight lost throughout the contest.
