My name is Brooke. Like many women I wear many hats! I am a wife, mother, sister, daughter, caregiver, domestic engineer, and the list goes on. I am passionate about people, education, and protecting the environment. I give 110% in everything I do. I’ve learned it is important to finish what I’ve started no matter what the end result may be. I am a thinker, inquisitive, and science minded. My brain never seems to rest. I am ambitious, detail oriented, and highly competitive. I am also compassionate, sincere, and learning to take risks. I love many things, life being one of them. I have a “life list” and fully intend to do all of the things I have listed before leaving this planet. I have graciously learned from my past experiences, both good and bad, and have become a better person as a result. I suffer from post-partum depression, hypothyroidism, as well as Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS). I am genuine and sleep deprived. I am imperfect and proud of it.

Hi Brooke!
You look so darn familiar to me & I’m remembering doing something back in HS with you…do you remember me??? I went to Clopton HS in HS and Louisiana in grade school. I’m thinking you played softball? I graduated in 1995. What was your maiden name? Bryant was and still is mine.
It’s awesome you were on the challenge & gave such a great effort! I am sort of like you, we don’t weigh overly crazy amounts (200+), but we still needed/need to lose weight for health & have always had weight problems. I got up to 240 after I broke my ankle after a seizure, but the following year, I lost back to about 170. I’m 5’5″ & pretty large-boned. My boyfriend bought me a personal training package for 6 months at the Club Fitness in ST. Louis city (South City/Hampton Village) and I have yet to use it bc I’ve been sick (mental health issues-depression, adhd…etc), but I’m hoping to get started very soon.
I obviously live in St. Louis city and love it here…don’t want to ever move back to the country! Not too many people agree with me there, but I’ve always been weird!
I wanted to let you know about amino acid therapy I’ve been utilizing. Just type in amino acid therapy into Amazon.com to see books (the reviews give so much info!) and/or go to ask.com and type in the same thing, there is lots of information there on it. I just like passing it on, especially if you have a chronic illness, like I do. Let me know if you want to know anything
All the best,
Roni
